My Story
My story is simple. I enjoy helping people. I know how it feels to hurt, to lose friends and loved ones. I also know what it feels like to feel alone. That is why my counseling philosophy is, “If you can’t be a pencil to write someone’s happiness, then try to be an eraser to remove their sadness.”
Life is like a roller coaster. It has its ups and downs. The good news is that you don’t have to get on the ride alone. Like the other therapists here at Paddock Counseling LLC, I am dedicated to seeing you through some of life's scariest moments. You don’t have to be alone. I consider myself to be an integrative theorist, which means that I utilize various elements/techniques from several theories, which include but are not limited to Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Gestalt, and Reality/Choice Therapy. I have experience in anxiety, depression, domestic violence, grief, family and relationship counseling, self-esteem, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and complex PTSD.
I would be honored to work alongside you, so that the healing can begin.
