What are we looking for?
We are seeking a licensed Counselor to provide compassionate and professional mental health services to individuals in a safe, private, and supportive environment. Services are offered both in-person at our office and via telehealth to meet the diverse needs of our community.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, a client-centered therapeutic approach, and a commitment to enhancing the emotional and psychological well-being of clients. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and offering ongoing therapeutic support aligned with ethical and professional standards.
The counselor will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care as needed, maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, and build strong therapeutic rapport to foster trust and effective treatment outcomes.
