My Story

I know there is both happiness and hurt in this world and I know what it feels like to feel the hurt of trauma and feel alone and isolated. My job is to meet you where you are at and get to know you in a safe therapeutic environment, free of any judgment. I believe in a holistic approach that takes into consideration the whole person - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well being.

I utilize person centered counseling, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and strengths based approach. It is easy for us to overlook our own strengths and it can be helpful when they are highlighted.

My faith and belief in God and finding my identity in Him through Jesus has had a tremendous impact on my own recovery journey and I would include spiritual integration if you so wish to do so. However, with that being said, I will always be accepting of you and your worldview and never push my beliefs on to you.

I want to thank you for taking steps of courage to reach out for help and support as this is never an easy process. I look forward to meeting with you and feel honored to walk alongside you as we explore things together…
